By registering for and opening an account on the system you acknowledge and confirm that you will not use the Services in connection with any of the following businesses, business activities or business practices listed below. The types of businesses listed are representative, but not exhaustive.
- Pornography and other obscene materials, any sexually-oriented or pornographic products or services such as prostitution, escort services, mail-order brides, adult live chats, and adult phone service.
- Firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, weapons, gunpowder and other explosives, radioactive materials, devices designed to cause physical harm.
- Online gambling, internet gaming including but not limited to unlicensed or illegal lotteries, contests, betting, casino gaming chips, sports forecasting, sweepstakes, raffles, auction/bid services, games of chance.
- Illegal drugs & drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs or medical devices, controlled substances, unapproved drugs, highs such as poppers, psychotropic mushrooms/cactuses, pseudo pharmaceuticals, marijuana dispensaries and related products or services.
- Alcohol products. Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid. Vitamins, minerals, health supplements.
- Spyware such as card data collectors, software that runs automated tasks including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, email spam and other malicious and/or illegal software.
- VPN services, proxy or anonymous user facilities.
- Social media activity such as Facebook “likes”, YouTube “views”, etc.
- File or data sharing such as cardholder information with 3rd parties.
- Embassies, foreign consulates or other foreign governments.
- Financial services such as credit unions, savings and loan associates, unit trusts, wire transfers, money orders, check cashing, currency exchanges or dealers, stock or currency trading and courses, e-money exchange, money transmitters, collection agencies.
- Credit counseling or repair services, credit protection or identity theft protection services, debt elimination, consolidation or reduction services, telemarketing, negative response marketing, deceptive marketing practices.
- Firms selling business opportunities, investment opportunities, real estate opportunities, mortgage consulting or reduction, credit counselling, lending, repair or protection, securities brokers, shipping or forwarding brokers.
- Multi-level marketing “Get rich quick” programs, pyramid or ponzi schemes.
- Product or service that infringes or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy rights, patent, trade secrets of any third party or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, counterfeit products.
- Travel agencies or tour operators, car rental, lodging, hotels, airlines, cruises, tickets, events, conference registrations where there is risk of cancellation due to advanced bookings.
- Virtual/crypto-currencies or credits that can be monetized, re-sold or converted to physical or digital goods or services (e.g., Bitcoin).
- No-value-added services sale or resale of a service without added benefit to the buyer.
- Sale of goods or services that are illegally imported or exported.
- Prepaid phone cards or other stored value cards, phone services or cell phones.
- Bail bond services or bankruptcy lawyers, timeshares or property reservation payments, door to door sales, computer technical support, online help for classes, homework or assignments.
- Telecommunications business including wireless, cable, satellite, wireline and ISP where the business is of a speculative nature.
- Astrology and related prediction or forecasting services, psychic services.
- Payment aggregation, payment facilitator products or services. The user of our services should be the disclosed first party and not a hidden or undisclosed user.
- Unregistered charity services.
- Illegal or unlawful products or services that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.
- Business models that we believe poses elevated financial risk, such as derivative and leveraged products.
