New - Store documents online
You can now store any electronic file as an attachment to the main records stored
in SmartPropertyManager.com: portfolios, property units, tenancies, expenditure, income,
suppliers. Files are automatically stored and managed with the record to which
they are attached and, of course, take advantage of all the benefits of
SmartPropertyManager.com - securely stored, available online, automatically backed up, etc.
Some examples of how you can use this facility are:
- storing scans of application forms and tenancy agreements with tenancies
- storing scans of receipts with expenditure
- storing tenant correspondence documents
- storing images of properties ready to use in adverts
- storing inventory videos against tenancies
etc.
You can access or manage the attachments for a record by clicking on the new
Attachments link in the top right-hand corner of dialogs as shown in the following
screenshot:
