New - Expenditure
Analysis Report
This
new report allows you to analyse expenditure by category and supplier
for a portfolio or property unit over a given date range.
Information is
presented in tables and as pie charts so you can easily see where your
expenditure is occurring.
New - Self-Service
User Management
Premium and Enterprise Edition administrators can now manage their own
user populations without involving support. Users can be
added, deleted and updated. Administrators can also control the
permissions for each user.
Improved - Smarter
income entry
We've
made a couple of improvements to income entry to make the defaulting of
new income transactions a little bit smarter. This should make it
easier to enter income records and make tenancy balances easier to
manage.
